 Property Management Course Description

Your Real Estate Career Starts Here!

This intensive course focuses on management of commercial and residential real estate. Students receive hands-on training from experts with a record of success in the industry. Affiliations with national organizations such as the Institute of Real Estate Management which serve to enhance the students’ experience. Affiliations with state organizations such as the California Apartment Association and the Department of Real Estate provide additional opportunities at the local level. Graduates from our expanded program are eligible to sit for the California Real Estate License Exam.

Students enjoy small class size, broadband access to the Internet, a computer lab, and a multimedia reference library. Different course options are available to suit both time and budget of the student.
