• Reviews and answers correspondence
• Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports such as time and attendance, terminations and budget expenditures
• Works with unit operating practices, such as record keeping systems
• May interview job applicants
• Works with telephones, greeting patients, updating and filing etc.
• Scheduling appointments
• Patient charting; updating and maintaining
